The official programme of the event containing all the detailed costs will be formalized through a letter of agreement dully signed by both parties. It also contains the booking and payment conditions, and our cancellation policy.
At the end of the event, we will care of forwarding to you an accurate and detailed summing-up of all services, including the possible extra services requested and authorized by you during the happening.
